Maison Louis Jadot is one of the most trusted and revered wine houses in Burgundy’s Cote d’Or. Founded all the way back in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot, the house now owns 528 acres of premier vineyard sites. Jadot’s current winemaker, Frederic Barnier, joined the team in 2010. Barnier’s three decades of experience allows him to balance tradition and technology by focusing on the purest expression of each wine’s terroir. This balance, along with a philosophy of not compromising on quality, has led Jadot to be considered one of France’s top wineries. With its lively notes of red currant and raspberry accented by hints of white blossom, this gorgeous rose is a perfect match for hard cheeses, grilled tuna steaks, moussaka, duck, and just about anything else you can dream up.
