Situated on the granite slopes of the Simonsberg Mountains in Stellenbosch, Rustenberg’s vineyards benefit from cool maritime breezes from False Bay and clay-rich soils that give power and depth. The 2021 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec, matured in French oak barrels for 18 months - just enough to frame the fruit without overshadowing it.
