The Fiano grape is native to Southern Italy, and has a rich tradition in the area of Puglia, where the founder of Giustini, Giuseppe Papodoli set roots. After working the vineyards of larger producers for many years, Giuseppe purchased vinyards of his own in 1991. The first vintage to be made under the Giustini label came in 2005. Giustini wines maintain the goal of showcasing native varietals, capturing their typicity through minimal intervention through the wine making process. This Fiano displays floral notes along with white fleshed fruit character, ending in a long pleasant finish.
