One of our new favorite summer whites, this French thirst quencher is made from the little-known Picpoul grape that thrives in both Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Languedoc-Roussillon. Aromas of honeydew melon, lemon, and thyme lead into flavors of pear and sea salt. It's bone dry and crisp, which makes it a fantastic option for raw oysters.
