On Tuesday, November 19th from 6-7PM, our Wine Director Bryan Matland will be holding our second-ever Wine 101 Class.
If you're interested in learning more about the intricate nuances of wine, want to be able to talk about wine like a Sommelier, or just want to make sure you're spending money on a bottle that you will like, we're help to help!
Bryan will walk you through the Somm tasting process with 7 different wines, highlighting nuanced components like tannins, acidity, and sweetness.
He'll introduce professional wine language that will help you better communicate what you like and don't like when you're out shopping.
