CAHOR, FRANCE | Chateau Famaey is located in Cahor France, the home of Malbec. This white wine doesn't fit appellation laws and is declassified as 'Vin de France'. A Blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillion, made very naturally (sustainable farming, vegan friendly, unfiltered, natural yeast fermentation), sees 10 days of skin contact, giving it a slight amber hue. Savory with notes of lemon grass and citrus pith finishing with a light tannin grip.
